2010 LIFETIME TENNIS SUMMER LEAGUE TEAM

 the season will be approximately 6-7 weeks (mid June thru August)

 match days are on Thursdays or Fridays, at 1 pm (team practices still to be determined) 

 there are 3 divisions: under 12 years old, under 15 years old, and under 18 years old 

 teams can be co-ed 

 format: 4 singles, 1 doubles (matches to be played against other tennis clubs) 

 players are responsible for transportation to and from matches 

 must be concurrently enrolled in the Junior Development Teams Summer Session

To register for the team 

1. Sign up at the Lifetime Tennis office inside the Cupertino Sportscenter. 

2. If writing a check, pay to the City of Cupertino. 

3. The team fee is $99 (team shirt included).

To become a USTA member 

1. Visit www.norcal.usta.com. 

2. Place mouse on the “Membership” tab at the top. A drop down menu will appear. 

3. Select “Join the USTA.” A new page should appear. 

4. Click “Join.” 

5. Follow the instructions to complete form. 

6. Junior membership for one year is $19.

To register for the South Bay League 

1. Once teams have been assembled, obtain a team number from the coach. 

2. Visit www.norcal.usta.com. 

3. Toward the left of the screen, place mouse on “jr. team tennis.” A menu should appear. 

4. Select “TennisLink Login.” This will take you to a new page. 

5. On the new page, click on “Register to Play.” 

6. On the next page, enter the team number and follow the instructions to completion. 

7. The league fee is $13.
