Program Fees:

Classes meet once per week for five weeks (reduced summer price). 

1-hour classes are $60 for 5 classes per session

1.5-hr classes are $75 for 5 classes per session.

Program Descriptions (Ages 18+ years): 

Adult Beginner (B)  This class is designed to give players the basics of tennis, including how to keep score and begin to play points. No previous tennis experience is needed.

Adult Advanced Beginning (AB)  This class is a continuation of Adult Beginner and will include further development of singles and doubles point play. THis class will introduce different types of spin and court tactics.

Adult Intermediate (I)  This class is for those who have played before but need to revisit how to play consistently and develop power and spins. Drills and live points will include full court doubles and singles play. Players should be NTRP 2.5 to 3.0.

Adult Advanced (A)  This class will focus on point play, tactics, and advanced hitting techniques. Players should be NTRP 3.5 and above.

Cardio Tennis (C)  Cardio tennis is a fun, new way to burn calories and get in shape. This group activity features a variety of drills to get your heart healthy. Workouts will include warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. Students should wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.

Drill Class (DR)  Tune up your game with drills focused on movement and shot development. Classes are designed to maximize the number of balls hit per session. Each lesson will include a variety of drills that cover a wide range of shots.
