Beginning to Intermediate
Beginning to Intermediate Lessons Ages 7-15
All students will be evaluated the first day of class by an assigned lead instructor, and then grouped by age and skill level. Students may graduate to a higher level during the session if they are ready.

  • Beginners will be introduced to the forehand, backhand, serve, basic rules and terms of the game. Modified rally balls will be used to encourage consistency.

  • Advanced Beginners will focus on further developing technique and short court rally consistency.

  • Intermediate players will be working toward rallying full court and playing out real points with rally balls and regular tennis balls. Students will remain in the class until they are ready to graduate to the Bronze Team.

In order to be recommended for Bronze Team, students will have to demonstrate the ability to rally full court and serve consistently.
